MELT IT was created by a couple with a shared passion for hospitality, creativity and unforgettable flavour. After decades in food and years spent travelling, we were inspired by cafés, street food and comfort dishes that left a lasting impression.
We wanted to keep it simple, but do it exceptionally well. Every melt starts with perfectly toasted bread, premium melted cheese, fresh local ingredients and bold flavours that satisfy every craving.
